What Is Your Refund Policy?
If you receive a product that is faulty or was not as described you will be entitled to a refund – minus the shipping costs. Our team will need to check this over before it is accepted so please contact email@example.com within 7 days of your purchase.

Do You Offer Exchanges?
Please note due to the high turnover of stock we are unable to offer exchanges for wrong sizes. Due to this reason we are also unable to hold stock for exchanges. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if there is a problem with your order and we will work with you to sort it out.
