Here at Missy & Co, we check every item to ensure that they are in perfect condition before they are sent to you.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing but we will be happy to offer you a store credit once we have receive your returned item.
However, if you receive an item that is in fact faulty we will be more than happy to offer you a FULL REFUND (Excluding shipping costs). Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once the returned item has been received, we will check it over to ensure it is new, unworn, and in the same condition (tags still attached) in which it was sent. If the item has been worn, is damaged (including marked /dirty), washed or altered, we have the right to send the item back to you without refund or exchange.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and reason for return so that we can get the process started.
We are happy to offer an exchange if the item you purchased was in fact the wrong size. Our stock moves very quickly so please get in contact with us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order. If we are sold out of the size you are after we will work with you to find something else in the size you are after or happily offer you a store credit. Exchanges will not be processed until the original item has been returned and we can see it is in original, unworn condition.
All sales items are final. There is no Exchange, Returns or Refunds on any of these items.
